Some of the properties within the Association have deeded lake rights, while others have an opt-in option. The annual dues cost approximately $400*. 

Nearby stores at the Lake Hills Shopping Center include Trader Joe’s, Panera Bread, Trek Bike Store, Bagel King, and Greenfield Hill Cleaners. Many residents also enjoy purchasing fresh produce at various farms nearby in Easton such as Sport Hill Farm, Sherwood Farm, and Silverman's Farm.
